The Arts & Cultural Center Rental Guidelines
For venue rental inquiries, please email us at taipei.tech.ac@gmail.com to check availability and briefly introduce your proposed exhibition or event.
Applications should be submitted at least 30 working days before the installation date.
| Fees
Venue rental fees vary depending on the rental type. Please contact the Arts and Cultural Center by email for detailed pricing information.
Rental options include:
- Exhibition Period Rental: Calculated by exhibition period. Each period is counted as 10 days, including installation and dismantling time.
- Session Rental: Available by session. Morning Session|09:00–13:00 & Afternoon Session|13:00–17:00 (The session time includes setup and cleanup.)

| Application Process
Please submit your application at least 30 working days before the installation date.
- Check Availability
Please contact us by email at taipei.tech.ac@gmail.com, or by phone at (02) 2771-2171 ext. 6100 or 6101, to confirm the available dates and briefly introduce your planned exhibition or event. - Submit Application Documents
After receiving your inquiry, we will provide the application form by email. Please complete the form and send it back to taipei.tech.ac@gmail.com. - Application Review
The review process usually takes about 7 to 10 working days. The Arts and Cultural Center reserves the right to decline rental applications that are not suitable for the venue. - Sign the Rental Agreement
Once the application is approved, we will send the venue rental agreement by email. Please sign and return the agreement by email, or visit the Center in person to complete the signing process.
For applicants from NTUT departments or offices, the application must be approved and stamped by the unit supervisor. - Payment
The reservation will only be confirmed after payment is completed. Please complete the payment through the NTUT Online Payment System within 10 days, including weekends and holidays, after receiving the payment notice from the Office of General Affairs. A copy of the payment receipt must be sent to the Center by email, mail, or delivered in person.
Reservations will not be held if payment and receipt submission are not completed by the deadline. - On-site Check
The applicant should visit the Arts and Cultural Center no later than one day before installation to check the venue condition and equipment, and sign the venue and equipment confirmation document.
| Venue Use Rules
To help maintain the quality of the venue, please follow the rules below:
- Do not nail, drill, or use foam tape or other materials that may damage walls or display panels. Any damage must be repaired or compensated by the applicant.
- The applicant is responsible for the safety of exhibited works during the rental period. Please arrange staff for supervision if needed. Valuable items should be insured by the applicant.
- Smoking, eating, drinking, and pets are not allowed in the venue, except for guide dogs.
- The applicant is responsible for cleaning, waste removal, and restoring the venue after use.
- On-site sales, price labeling, or any commercial transactions are not allowed.
- The grand piano may not be moved out of the venue. No objects may be placed on top of the piano.
- The Center may immediately suspend venue use in cases of unauthorized transfer, equipment damage, or refusal to follow venue management instructions.
- Applicants who fail to use the venue after approval without a valid reason may be restricted from future applications for three years.

Additional equipment, such as movable display walls and white chairs, may be available for use. Please refer to the application documents or contact us for details.
