Exhibition Period|2021/09/20~09/29

Hosted by National Taipei University of Technology (Taipei Tech), sincerely organized by the Taipei Tech Alumni Association of New Taipei City and the Academy of Model Aeronautics ROC, and under the comprehensive guidance of the National Taipei University of Technology Alumni Association World Federation, this spectacular aircraft exhibition officially opens on September 22 at 11:00 AM in the Chi-Ching Galleries of the Taipei Tech Arts and Culture Center. The exhibition features a rich collection of 31 unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and aircraft models. The aircraft on display cover an expansive range of categories, including scale models, multi-rotor drones, fixed-wing aircraft, and single-rotor helicopters. Highlights of the showcase include a passenger-capable helicopter, a STARLUX Airlines scale model, an F-16 scale fighter jet, a scale turbojet aircraft, and a world-champion F3A aerobatic competition plane. The fastest aircraft on display is capable of reaching a staggering speed of 300 kilometers per hour. Flight has always been a universal human dream. Through this exhibition of model aviation and the demonstration of drone operations, the event aims to inspire young minds, broadening their understanding of and interest in aircraft, and encouraging future generations to dedicate themselves to the aviation industry and national defense technology. To make this event possible, board members of the academy have mobilized to contribute their highly prized personal collections for public display, and industry experts will be on-site to provide live insights into the future development, functionalities, and horizons of UAV technology. We hope this event brings great honor to Taipei Tech's landmark 110th anniversary celebration while igniting a passionate interest among youth in the precision art of model aircraft piloting.
