Woodie — Joint Exhibition of the Industrial Design Work-Study Program

We are the inaugural graduating class of the Furniture and Woodworking Program within the Department of Industrial Design at National Taipei University of Technology (Taipei Tech). This specialized program was established with a vital mission: to nurture the next generation of talents for the furniture industry and ensure the continuous, vibrant lineage of Taiwan’s manufacturing ecosystem. Throughout this intensive journey, it has been the steadfast support and collaboration of numerous industry pioneers, manufacturing partners, and the university that have brought our various training programs to successful fruition. During our time on campus, we have fully leveraged every university resource to complement our core curriculum, while actively utilizing our after-school hours to deepen our academic and technical knowledge. Our ultimate goal is to seamlessly transition into the professional sphere with a sharp, immediate understanding of industry dynamics. Looking ahead, we pledge to contribute meaningfully to Taiwan's furniture industry, aiming to make Taiwan's craftsmanship globally visible once more and revive the glorious era when our island was proudly celebrated as the "Furniture Kingdom."
