Hey! There You Are — Department of Industrial Design Class of 2020 Graduation Exhibition

This year, the graduating class of the Department of Industrial Design presented 54 projects spanning the fields of product design and spatial design. The works explored diverse themes such as circularity, sustainability, and emotion, highlighting the graduates’ pursuit of interdisciplinary thinking and innovation. The exhibition theme, “Hey! There You Are”, visualizes ambiguous design scenarios by creating a two-dimensional space-time concept called InnoDEX. The exhibition space itself presents the atmosphere of another dimension, integrating virtual and physical elements to deliver a striking visual experience and guide visitors through a novel journey of intersecting time and space. When feeling lost, one may unexpectedly discover another version of oneself from a different dimension standing behind them—perhaps revealing the true purpose and meaning of being here. Visitors are invited to immerse themselves in the dimension created by the students of the Department of Industrial Design and experience an artistic space infused with creativity.
