Summer Art Exhibition — 18th Joint Exhibition of the Hsien-Tsung Art Society

Exhibition Period|2024/08/09~08/22
The “Hsien-Tsung Art Society” was established on November 1, 1997, and is now approaching its 27th anniversary. This year, the NTUT Arts Center hosted the Summer Art Exhibition — 18th Joint Exhibition of the Hsien-Tsung Art Society, featuring a total of 69 two-dimensional artworks and 7 sculptures. The 42 participating members fully expressed their passion for art through their works, using brushstrokes and color to interpret the vitality of individual life experiences. Layers of color reflect the depth of their understanding of life, while the strength and energy of their lived experiences are transformed into expressive brushwork. The artworks not only reveal evolving artistic perspectives shaped by years of experimentation and change, but also embody the refinement, choices, and quiet maturity gained through life itself, each piece reflecting a unique personal story. For painters, the most essential principle of artistic creation is perseverance. Even when not physically painting, artists should continue nurturing creative ideas through imagination. Through such continual “training,” they are able to preserve the original passion and essence of being an artist.
