Splendors of Porcelain and Gilded Bronze — Grand Reopening Exhibition

Exhibition Period|2019/05/18~06/05

Since its founding, the National Taipei University of Technology (Taipei Tech) Arts and Culture Center has served as a vibrant crossroads where diverse artistic traditions and cultural splendors meet. Today, thanks to the dedicated vision and collective efforts of our university presidents and supporters from all walks of life, the center has been magnificently renovated. Reopening its doors, it stands ready to act as a dynamic launchpad for pluralistic cultural exchange, weaving humanistic aesthetics directly into the fabric of daily life. Designed as a versatile, multi-functional space for exquisite fine arts and live performances, the center aims to nurture the minds of young scholars while providing a brilliant stage for emerging talents to shine. By introducing a rich variety of works from both domestic and international creators, the center expands the community's artistic horizons and fosters a thriving cultural dialogue—fully embodying the spirit of giving back to the society that supports us. Starting from within our campus, we aspire to build an inspiring sanctuary that embraces diverse artistic mediums, seamlessly blends technology with humanistic aesthetics, and enriches life through design literacy. On this grand opening occasion, we cordially invite our esteemed alumni, leaders of the art world, faculty, and students to join us in celebration. We extend our warmest gratitude to our exhibiting masters—Wang Xiu-qi, Chen Long-shi, Tseng Cheng-shih, Tsai Hsiao-fang, Hsueh Wen-chen, Chien Teh-yao, and Lo Tai-sheng—for gracing this milestone event with their exceptional creations.
