Exhibition Period｜2022/04/01～04/18

The Art Friends Creative Calligraphy and Painting Society, abbreviated as the “Art Friends Society,” was founded in 1999 by Professor Ku Ping-Hsing, then Chair of the Department of Fine Arts at National Taiwan Normal University. At its founding, the society consisted of five members, including Professor Ku, Professor Cheng Yi-Hsiang, Teacher Ho Chih-Chiang, Teacher Lien Fu-Hsing, and Mr. Chang Shih-Pu. Over the years, many additional members have joined, most of whom are retired professors, teachers, and colleagues from National Taiwan Normal University and other academic institutions.

The Art Friends Society organizes approximately one joint creative exhibition each year. Its first exhibition was held in 2000 at the Art Center of National Taiwan Normal University. Since then, the society has continued exhibiting annually at renowned university art centers and public and private art institutions both in Taiwan and abroad. This year’s exhibition (2022) was held at the Jiqing Hall of the NTUT Arts Center, showcasing the works of the society’s members.
